Wisdom everywhere. and I took my first picture of the Tetons after 40 years (one I fixated on anyway).

Yvon Chouinard, my ice climbing instructor in 1978, tells... "On a Middle Fork trip I asked Lorraine to sleep with the sourdough starter, it exploded in her sleeping bag during the night. Boy was she mad".

After 40 years, seven living in the Tetons, I took my first picture of them. One I fixated on anyway. I visualized the spot, scouted the day before, slept nearby, and got there at sunrise before taking the snap. Rewarded with clouds and rich light.
